I took a trip to Carlsbad, New Mexico to shoot Tiffany and Jarrett's wedding. Tiffany has always had a gift for history-- historical trends, historical fashion, etc, so a Victorian themed wedding fit Tiffany to a T. Texas Tech flute professor Lisa Garner Santa is a shining star. Her sound and technique merge together effortlessly to produce an ethereal sound that is the envy of flutists everywhere. Dr. Garner Santa is also a master teacher. Her students continuously win major competitions, are accepted to prestigious graduate programs, and go on to have successful careers. In addition to her duties as a performer and teacher, Dr. Garner Santa maintains a yoga studio in Lubbock. She has traveled all over the world studying the art and philosophies of yoga and brings her highly devloped skills and training to her Lubbock yoga studio.

Beautiful, gorgeous, and talented Arielle made my job easy. Her piercing green eyes, flawless skin, and captivating personality shine through on camera. Arielle is truly one of the funniest persons I know and you should hear her sing! This girl has the voice, charisma, and beauty to make a career in the performing arts. I am excited to see where Arielle's future takes her.

Amy is gorgeous, smart, and talented. The camera absolutely loves her face. Amy has a history in modeling and it became absolutely clear to me why as soon as I put her in front of the camera.

Besides being beautiful, Amy is brilliant. She has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her undergraduate college career and is set to participate in an event at the Texas Choral Director Association's (TCDA) convention this summer. 

Did I mention that she can sing, too? Her voice reminds me of velvet. She was a featured soloist with the Texas Tech University Choir at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) convention this past February in San Antonio.

Graham graduated from Lubbock High School this week. As he was wrapping up his senior year, I had the privilege of taking some pictures of him on the Lubbock High campus. Graham is headed to Texas A&M next year where I know he will be find great success.

Ryan graduated from Texas Tech this past weekend with a Bachelor of Arts degree. The past several years with Ryan have been special. In 2009, I was honored to share a voice recital with Ryan.

In 2010, Ryan became my first "official" photography job when I took headshots of him for his Carnegie Hall solo debut as the countertenor soloist in Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms. Ryan helped me start my journey into the world of professional photography.

Now, as a member of Texas Tech's Class of 2012, Ryan's senior pictures provided us a chance to reminisce and reflect on the person he has become. I am truly proud of all Ryan has accomplished and will miss him next year.
